NHE HOMEROOM INFORMATION 

Each class has a homeroom parent who works closely with the teacher for our two class parties: Winter Holiday Party (December 20, 2019) and Valentine's Day Party (February 14, 2020). A few weeks prior to the parties, your student's homeroom and teacher will work together to put together a list of items and volunteer needs to make each party wonderful. Questions? IMPORTANT CLASSROOM PARTY VOLUNTEER CHECK IN PROCESS INFORMATION

 

1. ALL VOLUNTEERS must complete the RISD-required background checks ahead of time.  Background checks can take up to a week to process and must be resubmitted at the beginning of each school year. Please visit www.risd.org/volunteer to complete your background check now.

 

2. Complete the Front Office's NHE Holiday Party Volunteer RSVP Google Form by clicking here or the link below. Those that have completed the RSVP form and have approved background checks will receive a visitor sticker upon arrival and will be able to proceed directly to the classrooms.

Note: Those that have not completed the form or background check will be required to present their government issued IDs and follow RISD protocol before being able to proceed to the classrooms.

A few weeks prior to the Valentine's Day Class Parties, your student's homeroom parent and teacher will work together to put together a list of items and volunteer needs to make each party wonderful. Once the items have been decided, links will be added here so you will be able to find your student's grade level and/or teacher, and click the link to check out what is needed. Questions?
