Field Day is planned for May 2027. The exact date, student schedule, volunteer opportunities, and additional details will be announced closer to the event.

Important Campus Access Reminder

Field Day is generally not open to spectators.

To help protect student safety and keep the event running smoothly, campus access during Field Day is limited to students, school staff, and approved event volunteers.

We need volunteers to help make Field Day possible! All volunteers must complete the annual RISD volunteer registration and background-check process before volunteering on campus.

Completing the RISD registration is required, but it does not automatically reserve a Field Day volunteer assignment.

Specific Field Day volunteer positions and sign-up instructions will be shared closer to the event.
